University College London: Faculty positions in Organizational Behavior, Strategy, and Entrepreneurship

University of New Hampshire: Assistant Professor of Organizational Behavior

The Department of Management in the Peter T. Paul College of Business and Economics at the University of New Hampshire invites applications for an Assistant/Associate Professor of Organizational Behavior and Management beginning September 2014. California Polytechnic State University: Professor in Organizational Behavior and International Management

Cornell University: Assistant and Associate Professor Human Resource Studies

The Human Resource Studies department of the ILR School at Cornell University has an opportunity to add two new faculty members beginning August of 2014. One opening is at the assistant professor level, while the other is at the associate or full professor level. At the assistant professor level, preference will be given to applicants with demonstrated potential to publish high-quality research in human resource studies and to teach HR courses at the undergraduate and graduate levels.

At the associate and full professor levels, preference will be given to tenure-qualified applicants whose work tends to take a strategic or organizational (i.e., macro) perspective of the field. We are seeking candidates with strong records of publications in top-tier journals in areas such as (but not limited to): untangling relationships between workplace practices and contexts and important stakeholder outcomes, emerging new approaches to work and employment relationships, human and social capital issues related to firm performance, international and comparative HRM, and the evolving role of the HR function. Particularly well-qualified applicants at the associate and full professor level will be considered for a chaired appointment as the William J. Conaty GE Professor of Strategic Human Resources.

At the time of appointment, applicants must possess a PhD in relevant disciplines, such as human resource studies, industrial and labor relations, work and employment, business strategy, organization theory, organizational behavior, I/O psychology, sociology, or economics. Université catholique de Louvain (UCL): Post-doc fellowships

The FSR (Fonds spéciaux de recherche) incoming post-doc fellowships of the Université catholique de Louvain (UCL) are offered to scientists of all nationalities in order to strengthen the bilateral S&T collaborations as well as the realization of the European Research Area. They are assigned to researchers with a PhD degree (or equivalent), proving their expertise and research capacity by a personal scientific record. The fellowships, granted for a stay lasting between 12 to 24 months in one of the UCL research units, concern all fields of research activities dealt with by the UCL.

Oregon State University: Assistant Professor in Organizational Behavior/Leadership

Position summary. The College of Business at Oregon State University invites applications from qualified candidates for a full-time, tenure-track position in Organizational Behavior beginning Fall Quarter, 2014, at the Assistant Professor level. Iowa State University: Open Rank Faculty Position in Human Resource Management

Wright State University: Assistant Professor in Human Resource Management

The Department of Management and International Business in the Raj Soin College of Business at Wright State University, Dayton, Ohio, seeks to hire a new colleague. The tenure track faculty position in Human Resource Management at the rank of Assistant Professor will begin August, 2014. Salary and benefits for this tenure-track position are highly competitive.
