The workshop fee is tba. EUR for a single room. This includes all lectures, meals, and accommodation during the workshop. The workshop fee is tba. EUR without accommodation. After registering for the International Research Workshop, you will receive your invoice. Payment is due 14 days after you receive the invoice! According to our cancellation policy, your registration is binding (see below).
Payment for the workshop is only possible by wire transfer (no credit cards!). After registering for the workshop, Akademie Sankelmark will send the invoice, including all necessary information about the payment.

To cancel your registration, please send a written request via e-mail to email@example.com. If we receive your cancellation up to two weeks before the workshop begins, you are eligible for a 50% refund.
Unfortunately, we cannot process refunds for cancellations made less than two weeks before the workshop’s start date.
Please be aware that refunds will be processed within 30 days following the workshop’s conclusion. Any bank and administrative fees will be deducted from the refund amount. If you would like an estimate of these charges, please contact us.
In certain exceptional circumstances, we may adjust this policy at our discretion. If you are unable to attend, consider transferring your registration to a colleague. For details on this process, please get in touch.
