Baylor University: Tenure-Track Positions in Organizational Behavior or Human Resource Management

The Department of Management and Entrepreneurship in the Hankamer School of Business at Baylor University invites application for two tenure-track positions in Organizational Behavior or Human Resource Management. One position is anticipated to teach organizational behavior, and one to teach negotiation.

Successful candidates must have evidence of the following:

1. Completion of a Ph.D. or ABD with dissertation defended by July, 2014

2. A record of research or emerging research that includes publication in leading academic journals

3. Evidence of teaching excellence in the areas of organizational behavior, negotiation, leadership, or introduction to management.

4. Though quality research in any area is acceptable, individuals with a program of research that would complement existing OB/HR faculty are especially encouraged to apply. In particular, we are interested in individuals doing work in the areas of: negotiation, leadership, work-family balance, or ethics.

Missouri State University: Assistant or Associate Professor in the Area of Entrepreneuership

The Department of Management at Missouri State University seeks to fill two tenure-track positions at the Assistant or Associate Professor level, both commencing August 11, 2014. The successful candidate for Position One will teach primarily in the area of entrepreneurship, with a secondary emphasis in one or more additional areas listed below. The successful candidate for Position Two will teach in two or more of the areas listed below.

We will also seek to fill one non-tenure-track position at the level of Clinical Assistant Professor or Instructor. The successful candidate for this position will teach in two or more of the areas listed below.

All positions are contingent on final budget approval. Review of applications will begin on July 29, 2013, and will continue until the position is filled. Employment will require a criminal background check at University expense.

All candidates for tenure-track positions must hold a doctoral degree in business administration or management from an AACSB-accredited institution. University teaching experience and a demonstrated publication record or evidence of scholarly ability appropriate to rank are required. Candidates who are ABD at time of application may be considered, but only if in position to successfully defend completed dissertation by date of appointment. Candidates for non-tenure-track positions must hold at least a master’s degree in an appropriate field from an AACSB-accredited institution.

University College London: Faculty positions in Organizational Behavior, Strategy, and Entrepreneurship
