Your tasks

  • Conducting autonomous research and taking part in joint research projects in DEI, New
    Work, and workplace digital transformation with other CDI-HSG members
  • Communicating and coordinating with research partners
  • Supporting PhD students
  • Supervising BA and MA theses

Your profile

  • A completed (or nearly completed) PhD in psychology, business studies, management,
    social sciences, or related disciplines
  • Research experience in at least one of the following fields: diversity, equity, and inclusion
    (DEI), disability studies, New Work, leadership, digital transformation of workplaces,
    workplace flexibility
  • Excellent knowledge and understanding of quantitative research methods
  • Excellent English language skills (C1 or higher)
  • Experience in project management is a plus
  • Industry experience is a plus
  • German on level B2 or higher is a plus
