Work, and workplace digital transformation with other CDI-HSG members - Communicating and coordinating with research partners
- Supporting PhD students
- Supervising BA and MA theses

Your profile
- A completed (or nearly completed) PhD in psychology, business studies, management,
social sciences, or related disciplines - Research experience in at least one of the following fields: diversity, equity, and inclusion
(DEI), disability studies, New Work, leadership, digital transformation of workplaces,
workplace flexibility - Excellent knowledge and understanding of quantitative research methods
- Excellent English language skills (C1 or higher)
- Experience in project management is a plus
- Industry experience is a plus
- German on level B2 or higher is a plus
