The Institute for Leadership and Human Resources Management at the University of St. Gallen
seeks a colleague for research and practical work on the topics of leadership and/or human resources for a PhD position. At the Institute, these topics are directly linked to practice, and the
successful PhD student will participate in research designed to make a real impact in the organizations that we study.
We offer you:

What you will need:
- Interest in innovative research and working with an interdisciplinary team
- Very good research methods (either qualitative or quantitative)
- High degree of initiative and flexibility
- Very good master’s degree in business administration, psychology, sociology, management
science, or related field - The successful applicant will write and speak English fluently (proficiency in German
is preferred, but not required).
