Job Duties
- Conduct autonomous research and take part in joint research projects in creativity, innovation and leadership with other institute members
- Supervising Bachelor’s and Master’s theses
- Teaching subjects related to Leadership, HR & Change Management
- Support further institute’s activities including related university self-management tasks
Your Qualifications
- The successful candidate must hold a Doctorate/Ph.D. degree in Management/Business, Sociology, or Social Psychology
- Expertise in the field of Organization Theory and Organizational Behavior, especially about Leadership, Creativity and Innovation
- An interest in studying the social mechanisms underlying the behavior of organizations and their members (such as creativity)
- Command of qualitative and quantitative research methods
- Strong command of English and German (level C1)
- High motivation to conducting research and teaching
