CfP EGOS 2018: Sub-theme 27 – Mapping out a Diverse Career Landscape: Uncovering Unexpected Findings

The 34th EGOS Colloquium takes place from July 5th-8th 2018 at the EBS in Tallinn. The convenors of the sub-theme 27 invite contributions that enhance our understanding of the diversity of careers that go beyond the so-called norm (in terms of physical abilities, physiognomy, weight, age, religious and spiritual beliefs, nationalities, class and the like).

Invited papers could address, but are not restricted to, the following themes and issues:

  • Discoveries about different careers of different groups
  • Discoveries about careers of other occupations
  • Discoveries about career success
  • Discoveries about emerging alternative career paths
  • Discoveries about careers in very different work settings and contexts
