The Kühne Logistics University (KLU) seeks to appoint – starting in September 2015 or later – a new Dean of Research and Professor (successor of Prof. Dr. Dr. h.c. Sönke Albers). The Dean of Research is responsible for building, shaping and developing the university’s academic profile in close collaboration with the President and the Academic Senate. The Dean of Research is appointed by the contracting body for five years. To qualify for the position, the candidate must also be appointed as a Full Professor at KLU (and thus be accordingly qualified) and have experience in successfully managing large organizational units. More than one term is permitted.
