The Organizations Research Group (ORG) at LMU Munich has an open position for a
PostDoctoral Fellow.
The candidate holds a strong PhD degree in Management, Economics, Sociology, or a related field and a strong motivation and potential for high-quality academic research. Candidates must demonstrate experience with complex datasets (either primary or secondary data) and have completed a dissertation in the broad field of organizations research, either from a management, (micro)-economic, or social sciences perspective. Knowledge of data collection processes as well as in the fields of measurement theory, scale development, and test theory is appreciated. The candidate can pursue a Habilitation as part of the position.
