The Department of Border Region Studies (IFG) at the University of Southern Denmark, Faculty of Business & Social Sciences, invites applications for an
Assistant Professorship in Global Business Economics
to be filled by June 1st or as soon as possible thereafter. The position has a time limit of three years and the place of work will be the Department of Border Region Studies in Sønderborg.
Since the center will focus on global business and marketing issues that are related to international business-to-business markets (in contrast to consumer markets), the successful candidate will be expected to conduct research/have research experience in these areas. More specifically, the following areas should be of interest to you:
- New ways to configure value chain activities and new types of international business models in a knowledge-based economy
- Customer-driven value co-creation/customer-driven innovation
- Complexity and flexibility in global business-to-business markets
