Financial participation has been a feature of employee participation for many years. There is a wide divergence in approaches among countries, which have influenced fi nancial participations‘ prevalence and characteristics as well as employees, employer, and work councils/trade unions view. The aim of the Mini-Conference is to discuss financial participation in an adequately broad and interdisciplinary way on the social, economically, and individual levels of analysis.
