The main goal is to study how adults successfully manage the demands of multiple goals in the domains of work, family, friends, and leisure. The focus is on motivational and emotional processes that help regulating the potential conflicts between multiple goals or support their facilitative relationship across adulthood both in terms of everyday functioning and in terms of biographical decisions.
