Die zu behandelnden Artikel beruhen auf den Daten des IAB-Betriebspanels und den Linked Employer-Employee Daten des IAB.

The models provide a micro-foundation of unemployment as an outcome of optimization. The lecture discusses the theories, their key implications as well as empirical applications.
