Workshop Fee (390 €)
The workshop fee is 390 EUR. This includes all lectures, meals and accommodation during the workshop (2 – 7 October). The workshop fee is 240 EUR without accommodation. Registration/Payment must be received no later than 2 September 2011!

Cancellation Policy
A full refund will be given for cancellations received in writing at least 1 month prior to the event. 50% refunds will be given against cancellations where written notice is received within 14 days prior to the first day of the event. No refunds will be given for cancellations received less than 14 days prior to the first day of the event. Non-arrivals will be charged the full fee. A substitute is welcome at no extra cost, however advance written notice of substitute’s personal details is required; any special requirements cannot be guaranteed to cover changes of delegates. The coordination team of the workshop reserves the right to alter the program without notice.
