Join the 11th Symposium on Competence-Based Strategic (SKM) in September, 26-27, 2019 in Stuttgart, Germany. The organisers invite you to participate in the debate about “Agile Organisation – Adaptive strategies, inspiring leaders & flexible structures”. The aim of the 11th SKM symposium is to explore how organizations can use coordination mechanisms to cope with an unpredictable world. Such coordination mechanism are, for instance, adaptive strategies, inspiring leaders, and/or flexible structures (e.g., projects, networks and routines).
