The Innovation, Strategy and Organization (ISO) group headed by Prof. Torsten Oliver Salge, PHD, is part of the TIME Research Area – a leading center of excellence for research and teaching in technology, innovation, marketing and entrepreneurship – and is seeking a post-doctoral research assistant for a period of one year, with the responsibility of renewal for three years after positive evaluation. The position is to be filled as soon as possible. It is a part-time position (75% of the standard weekly hours for full-time employees). The salary is based on the German public service salary scale (TV-L).
Duties and responsibilities:
- engagement in rigorous and relevant empirical doctoral or post-doctoral research in the fields of innovation, strategy and organization
