Northeastern University: Assistant/Associate/Full Professor in Organizational Behavior

Position Summary: The D’Amore-McKim School of Business invites applications for tenure-track Assistant/Associate/Full Professor positions in Organizational Behavior in the Management and Organizational Development Group (MOD). Teaching responsibilities will be in organizational behavior and related areas.

Qualifications: Proven effectiveness in teaching and research scholarship is required. Applicants at the Associate Professor level must have a strong record of journal publications, proven effectiveness in teaching, and a clear interest in MOD initiatives in the D’Amore-McKim School at Northeastern.

Candidates must have a doctorate degree in Organizational Behavior or a related business field by the start date. Candidates must have a strong commitment to excellence in teaching and scholarly research, and to working with a diverse population of students and staff. The MOD group is fully committed to the University’s strategic initiatives in multidisciplinary research in healthcare, sustainability, and business analytics.

Peking University: Assistant/Associate/Full Professorship in Organizational Behavior/Human Resource Management

The School offers undergraduate, MBA, Master, and Ph.D. programs, with an enrollment of over 3,000 students, of which 1,300 are in the MBA program. The Department of Organization and Management is accepting applications for a tenure-track ASSISTANT / ASSOCIATE / FULL Professor position in the area of Organizational Behavior/Human Resource Management. The appointment begins in August, 2014. Teaching responsibilities may include undergraduate, MBA, and PhD level courses in OB, HR/IR, Research Methods, etc.

Qualified applicants for this position should have a Ph.D. degree in Organizational Behavior/Human Resource Management from an accredited AACSB business school or other related fields from prestigious universities, completed no later than August, 2014. Both graduating and experienced candidates are welcomed to apply. Applicants should show strong potential for publishing at the top academic journals in related areas, and also be effective in the classroom.
