Missouri State University: Assistant or Associate Professor in the Area of Entrepreneuership

The Department of Management at Missouri State University seeks to fill two tenure-track positions at the Assistant or Associate Professor level, both commencing August 11, 2014. The successful candidate for Position One will teach primarily in the area of entrepreneurship, with a secondary emphasis in one or more additional areas listed below. The successful candidate for Position Two will teach in two or more of the areas listed below.

We will also seek to fill one non-tenure-track position at the level of Clinical Assistant Professor or Instructor. The successful candidate for this position will teach in two or more of the areas listed below.

All positions are contingent on final budget approval. Review of applications will begin on July 29, 2013, and will continue until the position is filled. Employment will require a criminal background check at University expense.

University teaching experience and a demonstrated publication record or evidence of scholarly ability appropriate to rank are required. Candidates who are ABD at time of application may be considered, but only if in position to successfully defend completed dissertation by date of appointment. Candidates for non-tenure-track positions must hold at least a master’s degree in an appropriate field from an AACSB-accredited institution.

Description: The School of Business at the University of Vermont is seeking applicants for an Assistant Professor or Associate Professor position in management/international business. This will be a full-time, tenure-tracked or tenured appointment beginning in the fall of 2014. Candidates should have earned a doctorate by the start of the contract period. The ideal candidate is expected to undertake an active research program resulting in publications in top quality journals in management, strategy, international business and related fields.

Global business is one of the three major themes in the School of Business’s recently redesigned curriculum (the other themes being sustainable business and entrepreneurship). Managing People in Organizations Department

The Managing People in Organizations department (merging Organizational Behavior and Human Resource Management), is one of the largest at IESE Business School, with 27 faculty members. The department hosts two dedicated research centres and one chair with support of the business community to provide funds for research: IRCO (the International Research Centre on Organizations), ICWF (the International research Centre of Work and Family), and the SEAT Chair of Labour Relations. Moreover, the CCMN (Cross-Cultural Management Network), with associated partners in more than 20 countries across different continents, represents our commitment to pursuing cross-cultural research. Peking University: Assistant/Associate/Full Professorship in Organizational Behavior/Human Resource Management

The Elizabethtown College Department of Business invites applications for a tenure-track appointment as Assistant or Associate Professor of Management beginning in Fall 2014.

Applicants should hold a Ph.D. in a business field (e.g., management, marketing, logistics or related field) or should expect to complete all requirements for the degree by Fall 2014. Candidates should have teaching experience at the undergraduate level and be committed to maintaining an active scholarly agenda.

Candidates must demonstrate ability to teach quantitative methods. Fields of specialization are open, but consideration will be given to those who can teach Supply Chain Management, Operations Management and other advanced management courses.
