Spring School on Leadership in Knowledge Organizations: Perspectives on Talent Management & Diversity

We are happy to announce our Spring School on Leadership in Knowledge Organizations: Perspectives on Talent Management & Diversity, which will take place at TUM School of Management, Munich, from March 5-8, 2018 (organized by the Chair of Research and Science Management, Prof. Dr. Claudia Peus).

The Spring School is a great opportunity to present an (early-stage) project and to get feedback from internationally renowned researchers in the field (e.g., Prof. Dr. Marieke van den Brink, Prof. Dr. Joachim Henkel, Prof. Dr. Sabine Sonnentag). There will be plenty of opportunities for scientific exchange as well as a wide range of workshops on different research methods, held by experts in the field.

The Spring School facilitates scientific exchange on research topics around Talent Management and Diversity, including Recruitment, Leadership, Success Factors in Academia, Women in Science and in STEM Fields.

We cordially invite interested PhD students and post-doctoral researchers who are doing research on the above-mentioned or related topics to participate.

The Spring School will take place within the context of the “FührMINT” project, which is funded by the Federal Ministry of Education and Research (BMBF; FKZ: 01FP1602).

Application is open until 31st January, 2018.
