California Polytechnic State University: Professor in Organizational Behavior and International Management

The Management, Human Resource, and Information Systems Area of the Orfalea College of Business at Cal Poly seeks applicants for a full-time, tenure-track, academic year position at open rank (Assistant, Associate or full Professor) in the area of Organizational Behavior and International Management. Interest and ability to teach both undergraduate and graduate (MBA) level classes is desirable. Applicants must be able to teach courses in Organizational Behavior, Organization Theory, and International Management.

The successful candidate must have completed a doctorate or equivalent degree in Business or a closely related field from an AACSB or equivalent accredited institution. The Ph.D./DBA must be awarded by the time of appointment. Applicants are expected to demonstrate exemplary teaching and a strong publication record (corresponding to rank), as well as currency in their professional field.
